Black Eyed Peas star Fergie has removed her name from the potential judges on Simon Cowell's new U.S. TV talent search the X Factor, insisting shewas never considering a permanent role on the show.
Recent reports have suggested Fergie, Mariah Carey and Jessica Simpson were in the mix to join music mogul Antonio 'L.A.' Reid on The X Factor panel; Carey will be a part of the show and Simpson has confirmed she is interested, but Fergie insists she won't be a judge when it launches in America this autumn (Sep11).
She says, "I think that it's a very committed job that you have to put your time into and I don't think I'm gonna have that much time, but I love Simon and I would love to do something like that. "It's right down my alley, but I just don't think I have enough time to give and I would want to give everything to those contestants".

According to WWD.com, Fergie's skimpy outfit could barely contain her assets, and the movie's costume designer Colleen Atwood was forced to rethink the star’s clothing after the embarrassing wardrobe malfunction.
"Fergie's dance was all about keeping Fergie in the corset. It was a really tiny corset and (it) didn’t have straps," the Daily Express quoted Atwood as saying.
"We had to add them in the end because, with all that dancing, she was just flying out of it," she added.

He must also contend with a fashion journalist, played by Hudson, a prostitute from his youth, played by Ferguson, and his mother, played by Loren.
The original 1982 Broadway production of Nine won five Tony Awards including Best Musical.
The big screen version, directed by Rob Marshall, is due to be released in the UK on Christmas Day.
Black Eyed Peas star Fergie is to release her own perfume through cosmetics company, Avon.
The singer joins Avon's already star-studded line-up, which includes Reese Witherspoon, Salma Hayek and Jennifer Hudson.
Fergie's fragrance is yet to be named, but will hit the market next year.
According to WWD Beauty , the exact composition of the perfume is also yet to be finalised, but Fergie describes the fragrance as "fresh and alluring".
