Usually celebrities spend lot of money on their marriages, but Kim Kardashian, who is tying the knot with NBA player Kris Humphries, is making money out of it. Yes! The reality TV star has reportedly sold her wedding photos to the People magazine for a whopping amount of $1.5 million.



Earlier, The weekly had shelled out $300,000 to Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries for their engagement announcement in May. And the Britain's OK! magazine paid $100,000 them for exclusive bridal shower coverage. Now, it is the People magazine, who is paying $1.5 million to the couple.



These high-priced deals make Kardashian one of the rare brides who will actually bring in more for her wedding than she paid for it. Saturday's ceremony has been estimated to cost at least half a million dollars but those costs are offset by items such as a free, $20,000 Vera Wang gown and a lucrative deal with E! for the two-part Kim's Fairytale Wedding: A Kardashian Event special, reports the Hollywood Reporter.



However, this is not the first time a Hollywood celebrity is cashing in on her wedding ceremony. Earlier, stars like Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes and Elizabeth Taylor had made money out of their weddings. OK! had paid Zeta-Jones and Douglas one million pounds for the right to publish exclusive photos, while The People gave $1 million and $50,000 Taylor and Cruise-Holmes weddings respectively.

Kim Kardashian's bro offered $45K to pose nude for Playgirl

Kim Kardashian's brother Rob has been offered 45,000 dollars to pose nude for Playgirl. "Rob is a perfect example of the classic Playgirl model," the New York Daily News quoted Daniel Nardicio, a publicist for the magazine, as telling E! News.

"We'd be proud to have him join the ranks of other quasi-celebs to strip for Playgirl," Nardicio said. The mag has even promised to sweeten the deal by 15,000 dollars if the "adorable" Rob gets shy to accept the offer. Stripping for Playgirl is not so easy as it seems, one has to be trained to be camera-ready.


"I'd bring him to N.Y.C. to work with my trainer for a few weeks though, as he looks like he could use a few weeks prep before the shoot," Nardicio

The second place in the poll has been occupied by actress-singer Jennifer Lopez, and Beyonce Knowles took the third position.

Actress Jessica Biel was given the fourth position for her "perfectly plump and toned" derriere, followed by Lady Gaga in the fifth spot.

"Waka waka" girl Shakira, popular for her hip movements in her music videos, stood sixth, and Rihanna took the seventh spot for "being blessed".

Socialite Kim Kardashian wishes she looked more like her older sister Kourtney.

The 30-year-old is proud of her figure but grew up wishing she was as petite as her older sister, reports contactmusic.com.

Karadashian, who turns 30 on 21 October, 2010, helped launch Fusion Beauty Colorceuticals collection earlier this week in Toronto. Her beauty routine is Toner, cleanser and moisturizers by Perfect Skin, little makeup, foundation and blush, when not working.


And the one beauty must-have the reality starlet said was, "definitely blot paper or powder," She said it has inspired her to know that women refer to her website and Twitter account for beauty and fashion tips.

"I''m really honored they chose me for the art issue," UsMagazine.com quoted her as saying at Saturday''s 10th Anniversary party (which doubled as her second birthday bash) for TAO New York.

"It turned out beautifully, and I love it,” she added.

That spread, she said, may have been her nude swan song.

Kim Kardashian is having second thoughts about having a "big family".

The 29-year-old single socialite has always dreamed of having several children but us having second thoughts after seeing how tough her sister Kourtney finds bringing up her 10-month-old son Mason.

Goodson is demanding $75,000 (£50,000) in damages.
