Eminem Tries To Stop Kim From Talking

EminemEminem
Eminem, who once performed a song about violently murdering his ex wife Kim Mathers and then beat up a doll of her on stage during a concert in Detroit is now filing a motion to prevent Kim from bad mouthing him. The motion, if granted would forbid Kim from saying "derogatory, disparaging, inflammatory, and otherwise negative comments" about him Eminem in interviews. He is claiming that Kim’s trash-talking is harming their daughter Hallie, and will appear in court on Monday to discuss the motion. Just what is Kim Mathers saying about Eminem? In the past 2 months she has given a slew of interview claiming that she vomits in her mouth whenever she hears his name, that Eminem is not terribly well endowed, that he's a bad father, and that he drove her to attempt suicide.Eminem says that she must be muzzled to "protect the child from further harm," and to prevent "any further behavior likely to expose the minor child to humiliation and hostility."

I agree that the things Kim says in interviews are damaging to the children, but his songs were too. They both need to grow up and stop thinking about themselves.

Arnold Wants To Adopt From Jolie

Actor TOM ARNOLD is calling on ANGELINA JOLIE to help save his marriage - by donating adopted Vietnamese children to him.

The TRUE LIES star has reconciled with his wife SHELBY ROOS after filing for divorce last year (06), and now he hopes adopting a child will be the couple's next move.

Due to a well-documented low sperm count, Arnold cannot father a natural child, and he's seriously thinking about adopting. And that's where Jolie, who is in the process of adopting a third child in Hanoi, can help.

Arnold says, "The next time Angelina Jolie goes to Vietnam - I mean how much gas does that take - bring back four or five and your boy here will take two of them.

"She only brought back one baby... Load that plane up."

Meanwhile, Arnold confirms he and his wife are working things out after a bitter and "humiliating" split.

He adds, "We got separated but we're doing great. We're gonna get a baby and everything... I'm having kids this year.

"We signed a post-nuptial agreement... we sold our really nice house, we live in a smaller house... It's all good.

"She's great, she's a great gal, just had to get over a few bumps."

"Proud" Angelina Takes Maternity Leave

The first few moments of mother and child bonding typically brings tears to the new mom's eyes. In Vietnam Thursday morning, it was the child who did most of the crying.

Three-year-old Pax Thien Jolie, the fourth and newest addition to the Jolie-Pitt brood, was apparently less than thrilled, at least initially, about the prospect of being adopted by Hollywood's hottest couple this week and burst into tears when Jolie knelt down to greet him at the orphanage.

Of course, that could be because no one actually told Pax that he was being adopted.

"We did not say anything to him, afraid we might put pressure on him and [make him] more frightened," Bui Thi Thanh Tuyen, the Tam Binh orphanage nurse who served as the boy's primary caretaker in the facility, told People. "We just told him that we are taking him out. 'You are going to play outside—play with a mother and father.' "

Not that the teary reception bothered Jolie.

"She told me she understands," orphanage director Nguyen Van Trung said, "that it's normal for all young children to be scared.

Jolie herself said as much in an interview with the Ho Chi Minh Law newspaper, published by the country's Justice Department and translated by the Associated Press, adding that the throngs of paparazzi and media that descended on their union, as well as the situation itself, would be overwhelming for anybody.

"Photographs and press coverage will make him upset," she said. "I'm very worried about that. I would like to say I'm sorry for bringing this into Pax's life."

Luckily, the boy seemed to adapt quickly, particularly after the 31-year-old thesp took Pax, whose pre-adoption name was Pham Quang, into a separate room for some one-on-one bonding time before the official adoption ceremony at the Justice Department.

"Later he was okay, very cheerful and happy," Trung told People. "He even played with his new brother Maddox."

The Cambodian-born five-year-old was the only other member of the Jolie-Pitt clan to accompany his mother to Vietnam. Brad Pitt was contractually obligated to remain in Los Angeles, as he is in the midst of filming The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, and the couple's two daughers, two-year-old Ethiopian-born Zahara and 10-month-old Shiloh, apparently stayed home to keep him company.

The family is expected to be united in one week, the amount of time it will take for the U.S. Consulate in Vietnam to process Pax's U.S. passport.

When the meet-up occurs, Pax, described by Trung as "a little shy," will have at least a few things to talk about with his brothers and sisters.

According to nurse Tuyen, the orphanage staff has taught the boy a few English phrases to kick start his new life: "How are you?" and "What's your name?"

Per People, they also sent him on his way with two sets of clothes and a selection of his favorite toys, including a small plastic piano.

While the adoption has been in the works since last summer, the general public only learned of the impending baby boom earlier this month, when adoption officials confirmed that Jolie would be welcoming another child in as little as one month.

However, officials have repeatedly denied reports that her adoption application, which she filed as a single mother in order to comply with Vietnamese law, was ever fast-tracked or that she received special treatment due to her celebrity.

"Throughout Ms. Jolie's adoption process, she received no preferential treatment from the Vietnamese government or Adoptions From the Heart," Heidi Gonzalez, the adoption agency's Vietnam coordinator, said. "Contrary to earlier reports, her application was not fast-tracked."

Not that the criticism bothers Jolie.

"Everyone would agree that children need to have a family," she told the Ho Chi Minh City Law. "I have the ability to help children fulfill that desire. Why should I say no?"

There's one thing Jolie will be saying no to in the coming months: work.

"I will stay at home to help Pax adjust to his new life. I have four children and caring for them is the most important thing for me at the moment. I'm very proud and happy to be their mother."

True Britney Fans, in Good Times and in Bald

Last month, Britney Spears gave herself a makeover. This month, her Website followed suit.

A new redesign of the official Spears domain features a photo of the singer in happier—read: hairier—days, alongside a space for fans to share their "thoughts and inspirations" with the rehabbing pop star.

Judging from a selection of missives posted on the site, true Spears enthusiasts remain as unwavering as ever in their dedication to the entertainer.

"You are the best female artist ever," an especially keen fan named Laura wrote.

"Be strong, be happy and know that you are loved! (not in a stalker way)," wrote another fan named Lauren, taking care to ensure her sentiment would not be misinterpreted.

Others expressed confidence that Spears still had a bright future ahead of her.

"It's all a journey, and the bumpy bits can be rough and scary, but I have absolute faith that there's a lot of good times ahead for you," a fan named Anthony assured the pop princess.

One fan even suggested that Spears was the most powerful mortal of all time.

"Britney, you are a very special person and you are one of a kind. There is no other person on this earth that can ever hold the power that you have," Tim F. opined.

Spears checked into the Promises treatment center in Malibu on Feb. 21, after a spate of erratic behavior that culminated with her shaving her head.

Reports have speculated that she is being treated for issues ranging from substance abuse and postpartum depression to bipolar disorder and bulimia, though there's been no official word on her condition.

Her estranged husband, Kevin Federline, has been a frequent visitor to the center, often with the couple's two sons in tow. She has also been observed leaving the Promises premises on several occasions to attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.

However, with Spears' 30-day mark fast approaching, Star magazine reports that Promises may be just as happy as she is about her impending discharge.

"Britney has a seriously bad attitude problem," an "insider" told the magazine. "She's been very demanding, acts like a 12-year-old and throws temper tantrums when she doesn't get what she wants!"

The source claimed Spears has had difficulty adjusting to life at Promises—as relatively luxurious as the $48,000-a-month facility may be.

"She refuses to pick up after herself and even asked if she could hire a maid!" the source told Star. "She's asking for this and that, special food, special everything--and she's not that nice to anyone. She has a serious entitlement problem."

Furthermore, her time in rehab has reportedly caused Spears to develop a serious Coke habit.

"She has been drinking tons of Coca-Cola—about two cases a day, or 24 Cokes in 24 hours. She drinks one after the other!" Star's source claimed.

Fortunately for Spears, loyal fans like Tim F. continue to embrace her, flaws and all.

"I love ya Britney and you mean a lot to me and to everyone," Tim F. wrote. "I support you, Britney, and I always will.

"I will never turn my back on you no matter how bad life may get, and I promise you that you can totally count on that."

And that should count for something.

Nicole Richie Collapsed Again!

Nicole Richie’s recent collapses on the set of ‘The Simple Life’ are the result of low blood sugar levels.

The 25-year-old star was hospitalised for dehydration earlier this month and allegedly collapsed again on the set of her reality show last week.

Nicole is now said to have been diagnosed with hypoglycaemia.

A representative for the star said: “In her ongoing effort to focus on her well-being, Nicole has recently discovered she has hypoglycaemia.
“She is taking steps to manage it. Nicole has reported to work each day and the results have been fantastic.”

A ‘Simple Life’ source said: “Four or five times she’s felt really faint and almost passed out. She has to go into her trailer for a good part of the day.”

Nicole, the adopted daughter of singer Lionel Richie, announced in October she was seeking treatment for an “inability to gain weight”.

She is currently facing charges of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) after she was stopped by police in December for driving the wrong way on a California Highway. She admitted to police she had smoked marijuana and taken the strong painkiller Vicodin.

For the latest series of ‘The Simple Life’ she and close friend Paris Hilton, 26, are acting as camp counsellors.

Anna Nicole’s Autopsy Results To Be Released Monday

After weeks of speculation, Monday will be the day the world learns what killed reality star Anna Nicole Smith. The results of her autopsy will be heard at 10:30 AM and I’m so calling in sick that day to stay home and find out the dirt, just for you. Just kidding. I’m actually unemployed.

The toxicology report has been delayed due to certain information that may have been discovered in laptop computers confiscated by police from Anna Nicole’s house, so says Kevin Frazier of Entertainment Tonight:

“There’s a belief that there is something on Anna’s personal computer that could have played a part in her death,” Kevin replies. “The Bahamian police and the Seminole [Florida] police have been working together. They have [the computer] right now, and we’re all waiting to find out what was on that computer.”

COULD THIS REALLY BE HOW SHE DIED?

The official results of Anna Nicole Smith's autopsy are not set to be announced until Monday morning, but The National Enquirer and Star Magazine have joined news gathering forces and claimed to have cracked the case! Obviously we won't know for sure if this contributed to the death of Anna Nicole until we hear from the medical examiner on Monday, but this sounds quite intriguing. Plus, at the rate The National Enquirer and the mag's editor-in-chief David Perel have been breaking stories of late (so much that other websites steal 'em days later and claim them as their own), I wouldn't be surprised if The Enquirer and Star were dead on.

Excerpts from their websites, The National Enquirer and Star report:

* Anna Nicole Smith died with a toxic level of the sleeping medication chloral hydrate in her system.
* The ENQUIRER and Star have also learned that Anna Nicole had a raging blood infection.
* The infection was caused by an unsterilized needle and contributed to her death. The infection was so serious, it would have killed her if she had not overdosed.
* The ENQUIRER learned that just before she left the Bahamas for Florida on February 5, three days before she died, Anna Nicole received an injection in her left buttock. Tests did not reveal what that substance was.
* "As she boarded the plane for Miami, Anna Nicole developed a painful abscess at the site of the injection," said a source with knowledge of the case. "The needle wasn't sterile. The pain kept getting worse as the abscess got larger and larger very quickly."
* Anna Nicole, unaware that her blood was being poisoned by infection, had also developed a second infection from a virulent form of norovirus, which causes intestinal problems.
* It was at this point that Anna Nicole — and her entourage — made a fatal mistake. She refused to go to a hospital, a decision that would have saved her life. Instead, Anna's people gave her an ice bath to control the fever, administered the antibiotic ciprofloxacin by mouth and gave her an over-the-counter flu medicine.
* On Wednesday, February 7, Anna seemed somewhat better, but she wasn't, the source said. "She was still vomiting and suffering diarrhea," said the source. "Again, she spent the whole day in bed, as the abscess continued to grow. She was in such pain, she just wanted to sleep."
* And that's when the final fatal mistake was made. Sometime overnight on February 7, Anna ingested the sleeping medication chloral hydrate. The drug is extremely potent. The dose was too much — and in fact it was a toxic level, the ENQUIRER and Star have learned exclusively.
* Preliminary analysis indicated the cause of death was systemic sepsis syndrome, a lethal blood infection. It was caused by the abscess of the left buttock.
* Further investigation revealed the fatal level of chloral hydrate. Chloral hydrate can cause depression of respiration, especially in a person who is already sick because of an infection and dehydration and it can cause death within a relatively short period of time.
* Anna Nicole also had scarring from numerous injections she got in the buttocks.
