Singer Rihanna is being rumoured to be a bisexual after a Hollywood socialite made indirect claims in a book.
Model Tajah Burton's book "Low Down Dirty Shame" is yet to be published, but extracts have been leaked on the internet, sparking off the speculation.
Burton has revealed she had an affair with a singer from Barbados.
Rihanna, 22, was born on the Carribean island and admitted earlier that she is attracted to women, reports thesun.co.uk.
Though Burton is not ready to name the singer, she shared her experience.
"We had an amazing connection. We would order food in together, we watched TV together, we did all kinds of stuff. I listened to her music with her. Music is her life," said Burton.
"It became a sexual thing. It only lasted a couple of weeks because she was very busy and had a lot going on in her life and we had to be secretive. I would say she's bisexual. It was really exciting. It was unexpected and it was very fun. The sex was really good but there was more to it - we really had a connection. She inspired me and we helped uplift each other," she added.
Rihanna has not yet spoken about the claims, but in an earlier interview, she had said that everyone had the "ability to be attracted to both sexes". Once she even called actress Megan Fox "yummy".
Katrina Kaif has slammed reports she is under investigation for tax evasion, insisting she is "disturbed" by the accusations.
The Indian star hit the headlines earlier this week (begs24Jan11) after representatives for the country's tax authorities confirmed officials had raided the offices and homes of Kaif and her peer Priyanka Chopra, in addition to a number of other top Bollywood names.
Tax department director-general D.P. Gaur confirmed on Monday (24Jan11) that properties belonging to the actresses were "being searched and whatever materials are procured will be recorded for further action", but refused to go into further detail.
However, a "disturbed" Kaif has hit out at the claims and she is adamant all her tax payments are up-to-date.
A statement issued by her accountants adds: "Katrina is fully co-operating with the (tax) department, whom she holds in high regard."
Kaif is said to earn $670,000 (£446,670) per film.

Sophie Monk has announced her engagement to long time friend Jimmy Esebag. Monk describes Esebag, her senior by more than 20 years, as a male version of herself. “I'm marrying a male version of myself, which is dangerous but good,” she said.
Monk announced the engagement on 2Day FM breakfast radio, where she is co-hosting with Kyle Sandilands while regular presenter Jackie O is on maternity leave, reports News.com.au.

Critics are already citing one scene as particularly shocking, in which the heroine performs oral sex on her wheelchair-bound boyfriend. It has been composed and conceived by Mark-Anthony Turnage, and the man behind the lyrics is Richard Thomas, the librettist who also wrote 2003’s ‘Jerry Springer: The Opera’.
According to the Times Magazine, Thomas, 60, says that ‘Anna Nicole’ delivers the same kind of drama and comedy as the grand operas of the 19th century. “A lot of people say: ‘Oh, but do you really think Anna Nicole deserves an opera?” the Daily Mail quoted him as saying.
“I say yes, she’s more deserving of an opera than any individual who has ever lived. That’s my line because I’m sick of that snobbery. Anna Nicole is grand opera, just like those of old with a mix of comedy and horror,” he stated.

Kim Kardashian's brother Rob has been offered 45,000 dollars to pose nude for Playgirl. "Rob is a perfect example of the classic Playgirl model," the New York Daily News quoted Daniel Nardicio, a publicist for the magazine, as telling E! News.
"We'd be proud to have him join the ranks of other quasi-celebs to strip for Playgirl," Nardicio said. The mag has even promised to sweeten the deal by 15,000 dollars if the "adorable" Rob gets shy to accept the offer. Stripping for Playgirl is not so easy as it seems, one has to be trained to be camera-ready.
